I brought back rum cake for all my friends. It makes for an excellent souvenir. When I was there I heard that rum cake is Cayman's largest export! I wonder if it's true... cause I'd believe it :) Delicious!

Yum! I used to make a good rum cake, but I've lost my recipe. Guess it's time for me to do some experimenting. lol. These would make great Christmas gifts. Voted up!

Hi Lilleyth, these cakes do make good gifts. After my husband and I got married in Grand Cayman we brought several of these cakes back for our family and friends - it was like our "wedding cake"!
