Make a Statement With Celebrity Style Jewelry
By Cloverleaf
Wearing Celebrity style jewelry is a very hot trend at the moment.
Celebrities have the huge advantage of being able to afford highly luxurious and expensive jewelry for all occasions, and especially for the wedding of their dreams. The rest of us watch in awe and envy at the top designer wedding gowns and the sparkle and dazzle of their fabulously flashy bridal jewelry.
Take Kate Middleton’s engagement ring for example. Famously known as the beautiful 18-carat oval sapphire and diamond ring that used to belong to Princess Diana, this ring is now valued at approximately $300,000 and has become desired by millions of women all over the world.
Jewelry manufacturers have recognized that there is a huge demand for Celebrity style jewelry. They are able to replicate some of the most magnificent pieces of bridal jewelry and sell them at just a fraction of the cost. The attention to detail in these replicas is quite extraordinary – they look just like the real thing! Jewelry manufacturers are able to achieve such identical imitations at low prices by the use of “cubic zirconia”, a beautiful man-made gemstone that is replicates the characteristics of a diamond perfectly and yet can be sold for a fraction of the cost.
Cubic zirconia jewelry, or CZ jewelry as it is often known, comes in many forms including rings, necklaces, bracelets, pendants and earrings. CZ jewelry even comes in a range of amazing colors that can simulate other gemstones, such as the incredible sapphire of Kate Middleton’s engagement ring.
CZ jewelry is now making a huge impact on the jewelry industry. More and more consumers want the look of fabulous expensive jewelry without the high price tag. Just imagine looking like a celebrity, or even royalty, on your own perfect wedding day by wearing beautiful high-end fashion bridal jewelry that makes you look and feel like a million dollars! It seems these days that more and more people are indulging this fantasy and making their own bold statements by wearing fabulous Celebrity style jewelry...it's a bit like being able to "live the dream".

A few things you may not know about CZ jewelry:
- CZ crystals were first discovered in 1937.
- Cubic zirconia is created in a laboratory by heating zirconium oxide and yttrium oxide to almost 5000 Fahrenheit.
- Cubic zirconia stones are not as hard as diamonds but they weigh about 75% more than a diamond of the same size.
- Cubic zirconia is made to look and feel almost as flawless and clear as a Grade F diamond.
- The main factors that determine the quality or grade of cubic zirconia are carat, carat weight, clarity, color, and cut.
- Only a trained gemologist can tell the difference between cubic zirconia stones and diamonds.

I have a couple rings from Lia Sophia with CZ components that are gorgeous. It is a wonderful cheaper alternative to diamonds.
Hi randomcreative, CZ jewelry certainly makes $$ stretch a lot further, it's nice to be able to afford a few pieces that you can change according to your mood, style, outfit etc. Thanks for your comment!!
