Lunch at The Olive Garden Tastes Even Better With Coupons!

By

If you’ve never had lunch or dinner at an Olive Garden Restaurant then you’d be missing out on enjoying a true Italian dining experience. Eating out at The Olive Garden is a bit like being home from home; you can enjoy fresh Italian food in a comfortable Mediterranean setting where you’re made to feel like part of the family. The food is always fresh delicious and plentiful, as good Italian food should be, and Olive Garden offers great value for money, too.

Olive Garden is famous for its lunch special, where currently for just $8.95 per person you get “all you can eat” soup, salad and breadsticks. The lunch special is an excellent choice because they typically offer 4 different soups (such as the Chicken and Gnocchi soup, or the Pasta e Fagioli soup) and 2 different salads, which makes it a very filling lunch option. For a delicious Italian salad, you can expect a good mix of fresh olives, iceberg lettuce, onions and tomatoes tossed in simple, light vinaigrette. It isn’t easy to eat just one of their garlic breadsticks; they are fresh and warm right out of the oven and are great dipped in a delicious bowl of hot soup. The Olive Garden is very well known for its friendly and efficient staff. Even if you’re restricted for time on a lunch break you will be pleasantly surprised by the swift service.

For an evening dining experience for all the family that is both impressive and inexpensive, Olive Garden really is a great option. Saving money on dining out really can be done at without having to sacrifice taste. Entrees such as the spaghetti and meatballs or stuffed cannelloni or ravioli (where you can choose from several different stuffings) only cost approximately $10-12 and everything comes with a plentiful supply of salad and garlic breadsticks. It’s almost like a fine dining experience without the fine dining prices!

But the great news doesn’t end there. It’s possible to save even more money when dining out at Olive Garden through the use of coupons. Coupon clipping is very popular these days and through searching the internet it is possible to find lots of coupons for Olive Garden. There have recently been coupons in circulation that offer as much as $10 off a $25 meal, or $2 off a single dinner entree. Once you've found your your printable Olive Garden coupon, bring it with you to the restaurant to get great savings off your bill. Just remember to ensure that the coupon date is valid and that it can be used against the meal you are ordering.

By saving a few extra dollars through your dining coupons you could splurge even further, perhaps on a Steak Gorgonzola Fettuccine Alfredo with a crisp glass of Pinot Grigio from the award-winning wine menu. Don’t forget to leave room for one of the mouthwatering desserts that Olive Garden has to offer; tiramisu and white chocolate raspberry cheesecake are very popular choices! Why not enjoy a few of the finer things in life and save some money at the same time? Go on, treat yourself.

I love the Olive Garden. I wish I could go more often. It is about 20 minutes away from where I live and there are too many other restaurants close by to distract me. Great hub and voted up!

The Olive Garden is definitely one of my family's favorite restaurants. We love the atmosphere, and the food, especially the salad for starters. Quite often, I'll even call the restaurant ahead, and order take out. Nothing beats a nice big bowl of Salad for Six, throw in a few pizzas and your all set. Thanks for sharing your review!

juegosdedora, I agree that Italian food can be a bit special - especially when we take our time and enjoy with family.

Jeannieinabottle, I must be quite lucky that my nearest Olive Garden is close by.

Your vote up is greatly appreciated!

Thanks,

Carcro, isn't the atmosphere great? It's one restaurant I can go where I can really "chill out" and don't feel rushed out the door. Thanks for stopping by today!

I have to tell this. We used to go to the olive Garden often as was always good. Then for some reason we forgot about it, then went there about three weeks ago and we were both totally disappointed with our pasta meals. The good taste was gone even the breadsitcks were bland. We are never going back there for dinner. Lunch will still good the soups and salads. However, it could just be this Olive Garden in Las Vegas.

writer20, I appreciate the honest review of your experience. Sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your meal in Vegas - were you able to convey your disappointment with the staff there?

Should have but the waitress was so nice I didn't want to disappoint her with a bad review.

Fantastic hub cloverleaf! If I didn't cook such darn good Italian food I would eat there BUT my family is spoiled with my cooking. I also have a secret ingredient they don't use :) Voted UP/Awesome!

Well written. My husband and I really enjoy Olive Garden. We generally stick to the same entrees when we go, but everything that I've had there is good. I will have to watch for their coupons more often.

I love the olive garden! Voted up for Awesome haha! I got back home from a 7 week trip to Alaska a day before my birthday a couple weeks ago. Where did I go for my first dining experience back in ohio and for my birthday meal? Olive Garden! It was fantastic :). Interesting fact and good idea for any entrepreneurs reading this, there are no Olive Gardens in Alaska. At least not in Anchorage or Fairbanks the 2 largest cities :(

TheEpicJourney, I'm glad you had a great meal to come home to after your amazing adventure! And may I wish you a belated happy birthday and all the best!

Cloverleaf.
